European leaders meeting in Brussels have postponed talks on a new Russia-EU partnership agreement. The issue is now expected to be shelved until November 14, when a summit between Russia and Europe is held in Nice. Italy' s Silvio Berlusconi said Russia should be in the EU but the US neo con wrong policies made sure that Berlusconi's dream will not be true.

2- New economics rules and financial organisations as the USA has lost its economic supremacy. The economic crisis of 2008 is rooted in "global imbalances", whereby the US borrowed too much, funded by Asian savings. Globalised financial markets then transmitted the American led crisis around the world.

Resolving this crisis, will require rebalancing the global economy. In order words the US cannot have the economic supremacy anymore.

3- New partnerships agreements for commercial rules amongst Blocks of power instead of trying to absorb Asia into the EU. The Shanghai Co-operation Organisation will not be absorb by the EU and the newly formed South American Union will not be absorb by the US.

If the leaders of the world have this three main points very clear the world have a future.

The President of France Nicolas Sarkosy was for 3 hours today trying to convince George Bush to do a G8 summit to discuss about reforming the financial international system but the US is not enthusiastic about the idea.

The US wants a modified Bretton Woods which this newsreel excerpt briefly describes the international monetary conference of 1944 (before WW2 ended), held at the Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. The conference founded the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. The fixed exchange rate system created at the conference came under increasing strain in the 1960s and was ended unilaterally by President Nixon in 1971, but they kept the IMF and World Bank which are two obsolete institutions.

On August 15, 1971, President Nixon announced on TV 3 dramatic changes in economic policy. He imposed a wage-price freeze. He ended the Bretton Woods international monetary system. And he imposed a temporary surcharge (tariff) on all imports. The Bretton Woods system was created towards the end of World War II and involved fixed exchange rates with the US dollar as the key currency - but also a role for gold linked to the dollar at $35/ounce. The system began to falter in the 1960s because of an excess of dollars flowing out of the US which foreign central banks had to absorb. A run on gold in 1968 was stemmed by a patch on Bretton Woods known as the two-tier gold system. All of this was ended unilaterally by the Nixon decision. After a brief attempt to create a modified fixed exchange rate system, the world moved to flexible rates.

Now Bush did not compromise to do any reform beyond the US established system!

The European Union wants a world market system regulated by the International Monetary Fund (IMF)! And the quicker the better it must be done in December 2008 at the latest.

Nicolas Sarkosy talked about the 'New world' that needs to be moralised, organised and regulated. He explained the need to learn from experience because if this is not done then every country will act alone so greediness, fanatism and confrontational logic will prevail making this world worse than the one we have known.

A modified US like Bretton Woods will not come. The US must understand that now they are partners not the boss anymore. The EU by nationalising the Banks has questioned the US free market policy in the world.

Now the European Union is not to be pushy either! There are more countries than deserve to participate and that may not agree with the IMF control idea! Because who control the IMF which is already an obsolete good for nothing organisation.

The South American Nations (Unasur)and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation must organise a summit URGENTLY to present a regional position regarding this point before the European Union do as they please! October 3, 2008 (LPAC)--In response to the shameful and immoral capitulation of the U.S. House of Representatives today, in passing the Paulson bailout bill with a vote of 263 to 171, American statesman and economist Lyndon LaRouche stressed that this vote was accomplished by fraud.

When the Congress, including both major Presidential candidates, told their constituents that the bailout was necessary, they didn't mention that among the major institutions lining up to be bailed out are foreign interests, LaRouche said. British, Dutch, and Spanish banks are all lining up to demand hundreds of billions of dollars from the U.S. taxpayers.

"They lied,'' charged LaRouche. "And when the average citizen confronts his Representative on this fraud, the politician will just say, 'We lied. They told us we had to do it, and we lied.'''

As LaRouche laid out in his Oct. 1 webcast, the result of the bailout will be to bring on devastating hyperinflation, and an explosion within the American population, akin to that which characterized the French Revolution. "Don't you see the hatred you are building up against Washington, in the people of the United States?'' he asked.

In the wake of the Congressional vote, motivated as it was by fear, LaRouche urged citizens to rally to his leadership. We're in this devastating crisis today because people did not rally to my HBPA and other positive actions back in August 2007, Larouche said. Don't be provoked into irrational actions.
