Cable crunches are the easiest way to learn how to exercise obliques. In the last video I showed you how to make your own cable apparatus, now lets use it! If you dont have cables, you can also use simple resistance bands tied to something high. Its really tough for beginners to get the feel of how to do obliques but cables are the best. Form is very important in crunches, many people do them incorrectly and end up working out their neck or hips more than their abs. Use slow movements and only use the abs. Start out with light weight and concentrate on keeping your hips completely immobile. If you are pivoting around your hip-joint then you are NOT doing this correctly. Don't worry about how many reps you do but focus on using perfect form. The main reason to workout abs is because strong abs stabilize your lower back and shield you from injury but as a side benefit the rippling "gills" beside your 6-pack look amazing :)

Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

RCA Y-Adapters (x3)
Computer

There are two different set ups:
When your TV has an input and When your TV has an input and an output. In this video i will show you how to set up both. ( The easy way )

When your TV has an input and output:
Plug in your console's red white and yellow cables (composite) into the input (usually the front of the TV) then take your extra RCA cable and plug it into the output ports usually the back. These ports are usually in a column with the words monitor out or Audio/Video out or something along these lines written above the ports. Now take the other end of the RCA cable and plug it into the dazzle then take the usb and plug it into your computer and record away.

When you TV only has Input:
Take your Adapters and put them into the input port (Where your Console's cables usually go) then plug in your Console yellow and your RCA cable yellow into the "yellow" adapter. Do the same for red and white. once you have both your console's cables and your RCA cables hooked up plug in the other end of the RCA cable into the Dazzle. Plug the dazzle into your computer and record away.

Recording TV:
if you use option one you can record TV becuase you are basically screen recording your TV.
But if you use the second one you cannot record the TV because you are just recording what the Console puts out.
