Will Smith has once again dismissed rumours that he belongs to the Church of Scientology.
Smith was linked to the celebrity-themed religion after a 2006 report revealing he had donated money to the church’s LEAP program (literacy and education awareness project), reports FoxNews.com.
When asked if he had become a Scientologist, Smith answered directly, “I am not.”
Talking about the school, which is using one of Scientology’s teaching tools, Smith said: “You can take different parts of things you like and put them all together.”
Smith also mentioned talking to anti-Scientology group “Anonymous,” who claim that several members have given themselves their name in an attempt to inform Smith about the Crimes and Human Rights Violations of Scientology.
Anonymous later said in a press release, “We appreciate Will’s interest in our efforts and his openness in speaking with us directly. It shows his concern both as a parent and educator.”

I discussed John McCain's Keating Five past on Fox News, and both the Fox News anchor and the GOP spokesman basically tried to deny that McCain was rebuked for intimidating regulators on behalf of one of his biggest campaign donors, Charles Keating. For reference, here is the Associated Press on 3/23/08:

"In his early days as a freshman senator, McCain was known for accepting contributions from Charles Keating Jr., flying to the banker's home in the Bahamas on company planes and taking up Keating's cause with U.S. financial regulators as they investigated him...Keating and his associates raised $1.3 million combined for the campaigns and political causes of all five. McCain's campaigns received $112,000. The investigation ended in early 1991 with a rebuke that McCain 'exercised poor judgment in intervening with the regulators.'"

Fox News' Geraldo has 'conspiracy theorist' Alex Jones on to examine the evidence that shows that DC Madam Deborah Jean Palfrey was murdered-- despite the official claim that she committed suicide.

Jones points out the numerous statements Palfrey made in refutation of suicide, as well as the criminology that women rarely hang themselves, generally preferring pills.

Geraldo and two co-hosts admit they agree with Alex Jones-- that claims of Palfrey's suicide are "stinky" and suspicious and that the case should be further investigated.

One woman even says that the John's on Palfreys list-- including many high-level politicians-- should be revealed and prosecuted.

Palfrey's hi-rise apartment manager in Florida says he saw Palfrey only days before her death when she told him a contract may be out on her life. Additionally, she made arrangments to secure her apartment for the next six years-- the approximate time she expected to be in prison--seemingly pointing to the idea that she expected to stay alive.

As nice as it was to see Fox News host Neil Cavuto even question the recent political ad from Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee in which the image of a cross floats behind the head of the former Baptist Minister as he talks about Jesus, I quickly found it was all just an opportunity to invite on atheist Michael Newdow and strawman Newdow's arguments.
