As someone who has scanned hundreds of thousands of documents in his lifetime, I had a hard time accepting that this was an original scan image made from an original paper document.

There is a federal lawsuit against Democratic Presidential nominee, Illinois Sen. Barack Obama. It claims the candidate is not a natural born citizen of the United States, and therefore is ineligible to run for president under the U.S. Constitution. One clue is in the odd detail of the word "African" typed in to the space for "Race of Father".If that secretary was looking at a AMERICAN style Birth Certificate from the hospital the "Race of Father" information would in 1961 have said "Negro" not "African". After all "African" isnt a race.The State of Hawaii Govt secretary would have simply typed in "Negro" in the race slot. But she didnt. Why? Because she was looking at a Birth Certificate FROM KENYA. The poor Secretary didnt know what to do with that. She had to fill in the "Race of Father" blank but she didnt know if "Negro" was appropriate. What is the difference between a short form and a long form.
Why is the long form a Legal Document and the short form not?
Obama's Certification of Live Birth is a short form and NOT a Legal document.
Without a "Vault" copy of the long form, no verification of citizenship is possible.
Obama has posted his SHORT FORM, which is not a legal document.The long form would have Doctor and witnesses to his birth that could be checked and verified.


The Berg Lawsuit is factual and this proves it beyond a reasonable doubt.

So WHY CAN'T HE PRODUCE IT?

IF Obama WAS born in Hawaii, what about the adoption.

1. If he was born in Hawaii, OK.
2. If he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro [acknowledged, and we have the school registration, as Barry Soetoro]
3. Then His Origional Birth Certificate was sealed by the adoption and another one would have been issued under the name of Barry Soetoro.
4. The adoption in Indonesia, would have resulted in Indonesian Citizenship.
5. His current BC, produced would be null andf void and the Sealed BC, would have to be produced.
6. Hence Obama should have to produce two (2) Birth certificates. Origional/Sealed and the amended one from the adoption.
7. What is his current and legal name?
8. If he WAS born in Kenya, the above is mute and void.

So even if he WAS born in Hawaii, he still needs to produce
both Birth Certificates.

It COULD NOT HAVE BEEN RELEASED BY THE STATE OF HAWAII.

If the BC on his website was released by any official State Dept, it would have been notorized with the embossed SEAL, signed, and dated before it was released to ANYBODY. Including Obama himself.
If it was printed out by the Dept of Health via computer, it would have to have checked, verified, and Sealed, dated, and signed, before it was released to ANMYBODY. Precaution to ANY official document.

The dept official stated that it should have the seal and date. Janice Okubo.

The same BC would have the folds as the BC would have been mailed, as per their web-site, they have NO wlk in service.

Obama has posted what appears to be a fake birth certificate on his "smears" page to end rumors that he is not a US Citizen. If he has nothing to hide, why post a fake document?
