After seeing a magazine ad for a body building course, Goofy sends away for it. Weight lifting is the first course... Goofy struggles and finally gets the weights up, only to have a fly land on them. The weight of the fly is too much for Goofy to beat, and sends him crashing down several levels in his apartment building. He's just as successful with chin-ups, where the bar itself goes up and down.
