Britney Spears missed her court-appointed deposition on Wednesday because she was too sick to go, but by the evening she was out and about again and HOLLYWOOD.TV camera's were there..

Britney drove herself to the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills just before midnight. When asked by the paparazzi how she was doing on Wednesday night, she said, "Good, thank you."

It's BENZ, Bitch! Britney heads to the valley to pick out her new Mercedes-Benz. What shall it be, the SUV, the tricked-out McClaren, one of the speedy AMG series, or ... ? Britney does a test-drive, escorted by a helpful policeman, and makes her selection. Watch Britney burn out off the lot in her brand new wheels! Music by Meowma.

This year, it's a Britney Halloween as we follow Brit to her selection of the holiday's events taking place here in Hollywood. As you'll see, quite a few paparazzi and revelers alike are out tonight. Watch Britney, Alli Sims and gang survive Halloween on Hollywood's most frenzied night of the year so far!

In this segment, alternatively entitled "The Unfortunate Foot Incident," Britney Spears pulls out of a medical building in Beverly Hills, and runs over a pap's foot in the progress. The group of paparazzi standing by then wave her off as Britney apparently breaks into tears, while a policeman attempts to contain the group on the sidewalk. Wow, it's been a hard month for Britney.

The Shu Restaurant scene where Britney and sister Jamie Lynn have dinner is so circus-like, we figure it deserves to be viewed by itself. So many paparazzi and reporters swarm around her, it's ~ as one pap exclaims ~ like a football game for the pair to just reach the entrance of the sushi joint. Gotta hand it to Britney, she's pretty fearless dealing with a lot like this. While she approaches the restaurant, an estranged woman starts screaming for Britney to "get the f*ck out of our neighborhood" and actually starts pushing Brit's little sis, Jamie Lynn! The paps come to the rescue and keep her back, as she continues yelling off camera.

Britney gets a personal escort into Starbucks for her fresh frosted mocha cappucino, and then later gets a personal escort from HOLLYWOOD.TV as she goes back home. Only in Hollywood can a celebrity get police escort to Starbucks. And only HOLLYWOOD.TV will be there to report it! Go Britney! Go preferential celebrity/police treatment!

Britney stops for a bite with a friend at Acaculpo's in Burbank, filming all the paparazzi herself! We wonder if this footage is for personal record, or for legal footage for her court cases. Britney, if you'd like some shooting tips, send us an email!

Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston and Hollywood actor Owen Wilson, who star together in their upcoming flick Marley and Me, are pretty naked in the flick.
Jennifer, who strips down to take a skinny-dip in the flick, plays Owens wife in the flick about an extremely naughty pet dog.

"We got pretty naked," Usmagazine.com quoted Owen, as saying.

"That was kind of a good day of filming. That's where I got to say, It's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it, he added.

Although the Drillbit Taylor actor is happy with the way the flick has turned out, he complains that more attention was paid to Jennifers naked scene.

"Seems like they spent more time with your nakedness than mine, Owen said.

"With Jen, it was like, Let's get this right. We worked all night on it," Owen added.
