Dennis Kucinich, the only presidential candidate who voted against the Iraq War resolution, introduced articles of impeachment against Vice President Richard B. Cheney in the House of Representatives on April 24th. House Resolution 333 was drafted as a response to a Vice President who was "a driving force for taking us into war against Iraq under false pretenses and is once again rattling sabers of war against Iran..."


Three articles were crafted by the 10th district Ohio Congressman and Democratic presidential candidate that allege that Cheney: "...purposely manipulated the intelligence process to deceive the citizens and Congress of the United States...," for attempting to mislead Americans "...about an alleged relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda...," and "has openly threatened aggression against the Republic of Iran."

Some of the research demonstrating the Vice President's skillful manipulation and stove-piping of intelligence is simply overpowering. For example, after one of his neo-con subordinates Douglas Feith had cherry picked raw intelligence and removed essential caveats and disclaimers to produce a report of "intelligence," the Vice President praised him with handwritten notes in the margin of the report saying: "This is very good indeed...Encouraging...Not like the crap we are all so used to getting out of CIA."


Clearly, the Vice President was not going to left any intelligence agency get in the way to his rush to folly. A war that the neo-cons had planned far before the pretext of 9/11 occurred. By removing the uncertainty involved in the intelligence estimates and guaranteeing the American people that there was "no doubt" that Saddam had WMDs when he knew better, Kucinich believes that Cheney committed impeachable offenses. At other times the sheer audacity of Cheney's lies is stunning. No lie was too little or too big to utter. Take his oft repeated claim that Saddam threw out the UN inspectors -- a clearly verifiable lie as was his continued insistence that one of the highjackers met with Iraqi intelligence agents in Prague.


Kucinich states in the interview that the Vice President must now pay the penalty for having orchestrated much of the propaganda that led us into an illegal war of aggression against Iraq and now attempting to pull off the same manipulations to justify a war with Iran. Waging a war of aggression on a country which did not attack us,, had no weapons of mass destruction and had never even indicated a desire to attack us has made the U.S. one of the least trust and most reviled nations on earth and the tough Ohio Congressman feels the time is right to bring some accountability to this administration for lying to start an unnecessary war that has cost us precious blood and treasure.


This Kucinich fan agrees: If lying to the American people to gin up a case for a totally unnecessary war that has killed thousands of our kids and tens of thousands of Iraqis is not a high crime and misdemeanor, what is? Lying about fellatio in the White House?

WASHINGTON, D.C. (September 22, 2008) -- Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) today made the following statement announcing a plan for a new Ownership Society:

"The Wall Street financial disaster is an opportunity to create a genuine ownership society.  If Congress invests $700 billion in the market, then the American people must get something of real value for their investment.

"Simply purchasing bad debt, "cash for trash" and not receiving anything of value or giving $700 billion and not having a commensurate equity interest in Wall Street firms is unacceptable.  No "cash for trash".

"Since the bailout will cost each and every American about $2,300, tomorrow I will offer legislation to create a United States Mutual Trust Fund, which will take control of $700 billion in stock assets, at market value and not higher, convert those assets to shares, and distribute $2,300 worth of shares to new individual savings accounts in the name of each and every American."

Kucinich arrived at the $2,300 figure by dividing the cost of the bailout ($700 billion) by the US population (over 300 million).

We were motivated to write this song because Dr. Ron Paul is the only true Constitutionalist presidential candidate. A true conservative, he believes the primary role of government is to protect the liberties, freedoms, and privacy of individuals. He believes in the original intent of the Founding Fathers which is limited federal government. Some criticize his fiscal policy of restricting federal spending on social and other programs. But one must realize the big picture - if the federal government didn't rob our money in the form of taxes, they wouldn't be able to offer our money back to us with strings attached. The states and local governments would have more money to take care of themselves and would have more freedom to decide how the money is spent, which ultimately would be better for the people. His proposals would eliminate inflation which hurts the middle class and the poor.

Ron Paul does not play the big-money game like the rest of them. The mainstream media tries to ignore and censor him. The gallup and other "scientific" polls do not include his name as an option when conducting the poll, then they turn around and say that Ron Paul didn't do well in their poll. They rig the game. But Ron Paul is winning every internet poll and he also won the Fox cell phone text-message poll after the South Carolina debates.

He is gaining increasing support from liberals and conservatives alike. He has a strong base of people who consider themselves classic conservatives, liberals, Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, and even Green Party supporters. His message transcends the political spectrum. His words ring true and make sense to everybody.

Because the mainstream brainwashing media machine has tried to hide his massive grass-roots support as well as doing everything they can to portray him as "second-tier" instead of the true front-runner that he is, we are using our platform as musicians and artists to take the message of freedom and truth to the mainstream.

There are a couple of answers to this question. First, who's opinion is it anyway that he doesn't have much of a chance? The mainstream media? It is not the media's role to dictate public opinion and try to tell us who we should consider a front runner. It is their job to report what we tell them public opinion is. And frankly, it looks like they are not doing a good job right now at reporting what public opinion really is, but rather they are trying to suppress it. The other reason is that this isn't a horse-race or a football gambling pool at the office, folks. The mainstream media has tricked us into feeling like we must support "the winner", that is, who they tell us the winner is. It is erroneous to think we should just "be on the side that's winning", as Bob Dylan so eloquently put it. That is not the purpose of voting. We are supposed to vote for who we feel best represents our views and who we think would do the best job. Voting is the voice of the people. We must stick to our principles without compromise.

We support Dr. Ron Paul with all our heart because he is the only man who is not a war-mongering hypocrite. He has over 20 years of experience as a U.S. Congressman and an immaculate congressional voting record to prove that he means what he says and is unwavering. He truly cares about the people. He most certainly represents "Hope For America."

For me, this video captured a bit of my passion and torn feelings that I have felt about the truth of 9/11. I have included what I felt is the most damning evidence against the official story. Inconsistancies with President George W. Bush's lies, The Silvertein slip of the tongue about WTC building # 7, The FDNY firefighters testimony about the explosions, the fire chief's tale of 2 bombs, and Bush's brother - Marvin P. Bush, who happened to be chief of security for the World Trade Center. All of this set to my all time favorite song by Megadeth: Holy Wars-The Punishment Due... How fitting.
