At 364 feet, it's the world's highest natural bungee jump - Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Not for the faint-hearted.

This exercise hits every major upper body muscle and of course the abs.

The Push Chair Crunch Chair (sorry couldn't think of a quirky catchy name) is a real beast of an exercise that will develop not only your chest and abs but also your triceps, biceps, shoulders and back.

The cruch part of the exercise if done on thick carpet is intense but well worth the effort if you want nut cracking abs!!

Tips -
(1) Too increase the intensity on your chest try to go as deep as is comfortable between the chairs.

(2) Before you start to crunch your abs to bring your legs forward make sure to tilt your pelvis up to stop your back sagging. If your back sags too much that means you've gone farther than your midsection can cope with.

(3) Imagine your abs are a wet sponge and when you get to the top of the movement try to squeeze all the water out.

(4) Make sure the chairs you use are strong and sturdy.

(5) Make sure that immediatley behind the roller chair there is a wall or something really strong and sturdy to stop it from rolling away on your way back.

King of the Zombies is a comical horror movie from the early 1940s. Though he did not receive top billing due to race issues, African American comedian and actor Mantan Moreland is the star of this quirky film. Moreland plays the butler of an American Secret Agent (Dick Purcell) who’s dispatched to a remote island on a rescue mission. Upon arriving, Moreland and Purcell find an oddball scientist whose wife is acting funny: staggering walk, groaning, etc. Moreland figures out that they’re trapped on an island infested with the living dead – but his boss doesn’t believe in such nonsense! Moreland brings a superb sense of humor to this film and it’s worth watching just for him. However, King of the Zombies is also super fun for those who just love creature thrillers.

Eagle vs. Shark, directed by Academy Award-nominee Taika Waititi (the short,Two Cars One Night), is a wry comedy that chronicles the quirky romance of two awkward misfits, Lily (Loren Horsley), a shy fast-food restaurant cashier, and her crush, Jarrod (Jemaine Clement) an electronic store clerk.

On the day Lily gets fired from her job at Meaty Boy, she musters up the courage to attend Jarrod's annual "come as your favorite animal" costume party. The dressy affair sparks the beginnings of a romance as well a small journey for the pair to Jarrod's quiet hometown, in which Jarrod plans to seek revenge on an old nemesis and where Lily unwittingly finds herself stranded amongst Jarrod's family of eccentrics.

Eagle Vs Shark is released on 17th August by Optimum Releasing.
