In this video I ask several pertinent questions to Senator John McCain who has thus far had a free ride in this election. My questions range from economic to personal, I ask Senator McCain about his many controversial statements and emotional outbursts including his use of four letter words to his colleagues in the Senate and back in Arizona. I also ask him bout intelligent design, his position on threatening Iran with war, abortion rights and his reluctance to sigh onto the new GI bill that would support our troops.

1) Sen. McCain, the Pope just made a visit to the US, when will you renounce the support of your radical fundamentalist Christian Pastor John Haggee who says that the Catholic Church is the Whore of Babylon?

2) Sen. McCain, when will you renounce your other radical fundamentalist Christian preacher Rod Parsley who says that the US was founded on eliminating Islam?

3) Sen. McCain, did you then or do you now agree with Rev. Falwell and Pat Robertson who said that Americans "deserved" the 9/11 attacks?

4) Sen. McCain, why won't you Support the Troops and sign the new GI Bill?

5) Sen. McCain, President Bush has slashed funding for our wounded Veterans, what will you do as President, to ensure that the Veterans Administration hospitals and services are fully funded?

6) Sen. McCain, why won't you and your wife release your wife's tax returns since she earned an estimated 100 million dollars and she is clearly the major bread winner in your family?

7) Sen. McCain, isn't it true that you've committed physical violence on your fellow Arizona colleague and Congressman Rick Renzi?

8) Sen. McCain, why did you tell that horribly offensive joke about the 'then teenager' and first daughter Chelsea Clinton in 1998?

9) Sen. McCain, did you also apologize to Janet Reno for insinuating that she was a man?

10) Sen. McCain, why do you make sexist jokes about women? If so, how often?

11) Sen. McCain, don't you think that it would put the American Public's mind at ease if they could see your health records, considering that you are a man of advanced age?

16) Sen. McCain why did you violate your own McCain/Feingold Campaign finance reform law?

17) Sen. McCain, why did you do nothing when Karl Rove said that your wife had a Black baby in 2000?

18) Sen. McCain, do you consider water-boarding to be torture and if not, why not?

19) Sen. McCain, would you attack AlQaeda strongholds in Afghanistan and Pakistan?

20) Sen. McCain, Why did you vote against increasing the Federal minimum wage?

21) Sen. McCain, in 2000 you accused Texas businessmen Sam and Charles Wyly of being corrupt, spending "dirty money" to help finance Bush's presidential campaign. McCain not only filed a complaint against the Wylys for allegedly violating campaign finance law, he also lashed out at them publicly. But in April 2006, you reached out to the Wylys for support in your Presidential campaign, doesn't that make you a hypocrite?
22) Sen. McCain, is Grover Norquist supporting your candidacy now because you've flip-flopped on making President Bush's tax cuts for the rich permanent?
23) Sen. McCain what is your position on stem-cell research?

SENATOR HAGEL: ... but I would even begin with this evaluation; that we owe the military and their families a policy, a policy worthy of their sacrifices, and I don't believe, Dr. Rice, we have that policy today.

I think what the president said last night -- and I listened carefully and read through it again this morning -- is all about a broadened American involvement, escalation in Iraq and the Middle East. I do not agree with that escalation, and I would further note that when you say, as you have here this morning, that we need to address and help the Iraqis and pay attention to the fact that Iraqis are being killed, Madame Secretary, Iraqis are killing Iraqis. We are in a civil war. This is sectarian violence out of control -- Iraqi on Iraqi. Worse, it is inter-sectarian violence -- Shi'a killing Shi'a.

To ask our young men and women to sacrifice their lives, to be put in the middle of a civil war is wrong.

It's, first of all, in my opinion, morally wrong. It's tactically, strategically, militarily wrong. We will not win a war of attrition in the Middle East.

And I further note that you talk about skepticism and pessimism of the American people and some in Congress. That is not some kind of a subjective analysis, that is because, Madame Secretary, we've been there almost four years, and there's a reason for that skepticism and pessimism, and that is based on the facts on the ground, the reality of the dynamics.

And so I have been one, as you know, who have believed that the appropriate focus is not to escalate, but to try to find a broader incorporation of a framework. And it will have to be, certainly, regional, as many of us have been saying for a long time. That should not be new to anyone. But it has to be more than regional, it is going to have to be internally sponsored, and that's going to include Iran and Syria.

When you were engaging Chairman Biden on this issue, on the specific question -- will our troops go into Iran or Syria in pursuit, based on what the president said last night -- you cannot sit here today -- not because you're dishonest or you don't understand, but no one in our government can sit here today and tell Americans that we won't engage the Iranians and the Syrians cross-border.

Some of us remember 1970, Madame Secretary, and that was Cambodia, and when our government lied to the American people and said we didn't cross the border going into Cambodia. In fact we did. I happen to know something about that, as do some on this committee.

So, Madame Secretary, when you set in motion the kind of policy that the president is talking about here, it's very, very dangerous. Matter of fact, I have to say, Madame Secretary, that I think this speech given last night by this president represents the most dangerous foreign policy blunder in this country since Vietnam, if it's carried out. I will resist it

SUZANNE MALVEAUX, CNN: I'd like to follow-up with Senator Obama. It was just a few days ago that Senator Clinton asserted that she was the strongest candidate when it comes to fiscal responsibility.

She says that the new programs that she proposes she essentially can pay for. She says that you have failed in that regard in the tune of some $50 billion worth of new programs that you cannot account for.

How do you respond to that charge?

OBAMA: What she said wasn't true. We account for every single dollar that we propose.

Now, this, I think, is one of the things that's happened during the course of this campaign, that there's a set of assertions made by Senator Clinton, as well as her husband, that are not factually accurate.

And I think that part of what the people are looking for right now is somebody who's going to solve problems and not resort to the same typical politics that we've seen in Washington.

(APPLAUSE)

That is something that I hear all across the country. So when Senator Clinton says -- or President Clinton says that I wasn't opposed to the war from the start or says it's a fairytale that I opposed the war, that is simply not true.

When Senator Clinton or President Clinton asserts that I said that the Republicans had had better economic policies since 1980, that is not the case.

Now, the viewers aren't concerned with this kind of back-and- forth. What they're concerned about is who's actually going to help the get health care, how are they going to get their kids...
